Alaska

PDF EBook by Frank Lauria

EBook Description

Alaska is a Contemporary Realistic Fiction book written for Intermediate readers. Alaska PDF EBook

This book follows two children and a orphaned polar bear cub as the children trek through Alaska in an effort to find their father. A blizzard caused the plane their father was piloting to disappear.

I was not overly impressed with this book, although to be fair, I have to admit I finished reading Hatchet just prior to beginning Alaska. Prior to reading Alaska, I had no idea the books were so similar. I feel someone else may find Alaska to be a comfortable read and middle- PDFschool children may enjoy it, but nothing about the book impressed me. If asked for my input on an adventure book for children, this wouldn't be it. Like this book?
